Beth A. Baker, MD, MPH, has served on the Board since 2016, representing the specialty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Dr. Baker attended the University of Minnesota Medical School, where she earned her medical degree. She went on to earn a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health in Minneapolis. She completed an Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, and an Internal Medicine residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
She is a consultant for the Minnesota Counties Intergovernmental Trust, President of Medical and Toxicology Consulting Services, Physician Advisor for SFM – The Work Comp Experts, and chair of the Medical Services Review Board for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. She was a prior residency director of the HealthPartners Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency Program and served as a residency faculty member for 17 years.
Dr. Baker is certified by ABPM in Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
