Carolyn Murray, MD, MPH, serves as Vice Chair of Public Health and General Preventive Medicine on ABPM’s Board of Directors. She has served on the Board since 2013.
Dr. Murray attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, where she earned her medical degree. She went on to earn a Master of Public Health degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed a residency in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of Colorado Department of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics in Denver.
Dr. Murray is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She helped develop the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Leadership Preventive Medicine residency program and continues to teach in the MPH program at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
Dr. Murray is certified by ABPM in both Public Health & General Preventive Medicine and Occupational & Environmental Medicine.
