Medical License Requirement

In addition to all other terms, conditions and requirements in the ABPM’s Policies and Procedures Manual (as may be amended from time to time), in order to be considered a Diplomate of the ABPM, a physician must be licensed to practice medicine and the medical licenses must be active, valid, and unrestricted in all States, US territories, or Canadian provinces in which the Diplomate is licensed to practice medicine.
