Medical Toxicology Eligibility Requirements

| Pathway Purpose | This pathway is intended for physicians who have completed a 24-month (or longer) ACGME-accredited Medical Toxicology fellowship program. |
| Board Certification | ABPM specialty certification from ABPM (Aerospace Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine, or Public Health and General Preventive Medicine) Physicians certified by another ABMS member board should apply through the American Board of Emergency Medicine. |
| Fellowship | Completion of a 24-month (or longer) ACGME-accredited Medical Toxicology fellowship program |
