Online ApplicationThe application for initial certification in Aerospace Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Public Health and General Preventive Medicine must be completed at the ABPM Website. The application cycle for the 2011 exam is open from March 1 to June 1. Substantial late application fees apply to any application submitted after June 1st. Please complete and submit your application prior to June 2nd to avoid a late application fee. A sample application form can be viewed onscreen or downloaded by clicking Sample Application.
